Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Every PrimeCanvas order is made to order. Here's the full estimated timeline:
- Production: 2-7 business days after the order is submitted to production
- US Standard shipping: typically 2-5 business days after dispatch
- International delivery: commonly 10-30 business days depending on destination, customs, carrier, and print provider
You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries supported by our fulfillment partners. International delivery commonly takes 10-30 business days after production. Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and local handling charges may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. PrimeCanvas offers free worldwide shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the available carrier service.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking within 8 business days of ordering, contact us at support@primecanvas.com with your order number.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can usually be cancelled or modified only before they are sent to production. Because PrimeCanvas uses Printify's made-to-order fulfillment process, once production starts, cancellations and changes are no longer possible. Email support@primecanvas.com immediately with your order number if you need a change.
Why does my order take longer than regular stores?
Every PrimeCanvas piece is printed specifically for you after you order. We don't hold pre-made inventory. This reduces waste and gives us more flexibility, but it means Printify production time is added before shipping. Most orders ship within 2-7 business days after submission to production.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is printed on demand for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo proof and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
What if my order arrives damaged or with a defect?
Email support@primecanvas.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Eligible Printify production issues can be resolved with a free reprint or refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Product & Quality
What material are your products made from?
PrimeCanvas apparel is made from 250 GSM premium heavyweight cotton. The heavier fabric gives each piece more structure, durability, and a premium feel compared with thin mass-market basics.
What is high-density 3D puff print?
High-density 3D puff printing raises the ink from the fabric surface to create a textured, three-dimensional effect you can see and feel. Compared with flat prints, puff printing gives the artwork more depth and a premium finish.
Will the print crack or fade after washing?
Our puff prints are designed for durability. To protect the raised print:
- Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle
- Avoid tumble drying on high heat
- Do not iron directly on the print
What sizes do you offer?
Most products are available in S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
What colors are available?
Color availability depends on the product. Many tees and hoodies are available in Athletic Heather, Black, Navy, Maroon, and White, with select products offering additional colors. Check each product page for exact available options.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some designs are limited drops and may not be restocked. Others may return in future collections. Subscribe to our email list at the bottom of the page to hear about restocks and new releases.
