Shipping Policy

PrimeCanvas products are made to order. Once your order is placed, our production partners begin printing, quality-checking, and packing your item before it is dispatched.

Processing timeline

Standard production time is typically 3 to 5 business days before shipment. During major drops, holidays, or periods of elevated demand, production may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, most domestic orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. International delivery windows can vary based on destination, customs processing, and local carrier performance.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email is sent as soon as the package is accepted by the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking events to begin updating.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before reshipment.

Delays and exceptions

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather events, customs reviews, carrier interruptions, and peak-season volume may extend transit times beyond the original estimate.

Lost packages

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the last carrier scan so we can review the shipment and work toward a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
